Study and Exchange Session on the History of the Chinese Communist Party in the Computer Science College

On November, 2023, the School of Computer Science and Information Engineering conducted a thematic event for international students titled "Understanding the Glorious History of the Chinese Communist Party's Wholehearted Service to the People" in the Party and Youth League Activity Room of Building Ten. Three student representatives, including Wang Quan, a representative of the Communist Party preparatory members, and three international students from the college participated in the event. They shared and discussed the history and development of the Chinese Communist Party.

During the event, the student representatives sequentially presented the developmental history of the CCP, providing detailed insights into significant historical events. The emphasis was on highlighting the crucial role of the CCP in Chinese history and its original mission of "to seek happiness for the Chinese People and rejuvenation for the Chinese nation, to work for the wellbeing of the Chinese people and rejuvenation of the Chinese nation" The aim was to guide international students in understanding the historical trajectory of the CCP and its profound impact on the nation and society. Through sharing personal understandings and reflections, the international students expressed deep respect and agreement with the CCP's founding principles. They demonstrated a keen interest in this historical period, showcasing the international student community's thoughtful considerations and unique perspectives on Chinese history and the development of the Communist Party.


Through this cross-cultural exchange in the thematic event for international students, not only did it enhance the international student community's understanding of the history of the Chinese Communist Party, but it also deepened their comprehension of Chinese society and culture.
