On November 1st, the School of Computer Science held a training meeting for key students in library B101. Xiong Liang, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and vice president of the College of Computer Science, presided over by Xia Jia, secretary of the Youth League Committee of the College, and attended by all the key students of the Youth League Committee of the College, the student union, and the monitor of each class.

At the training meeting, Xiong Liang trained the backbone of college students with the theme of cultivation, role, responsibility and characteristics-how to be an excellent student backbone. From the book On the Cultivation of Communist Party Members, he drew the conclusion that the backbone of students also has cultivation in the management of student services, and the backbone of students also has the four haves, that is, cultivation, knowledge, discipline and love. Later, he used vivid examples, including famous stories, campus cases, life figures and so on, to explain that being active, being able to speak and do, being able to go up and down can be suitable for being the backbone of students. Secondly, he also talked about the phenomena and difficulties encountered by the student backbone in the student service management, such as division of labor and cooperation, being a Mr. Nice guy and so on, and the student backbone should take responsibility. Finally, he hopes that the backbone of students can improve their sense of standing, strengthen their sense of service to students, learn empathy, and make distinctive student service management by relying on the major of computer technology.

As a backbone team of student service management, the student backbone team is also an auxiliary force of counselor team, which plays the role of autonomous management and self-discipline in university service management. After listening to the training meeting, all the student backbones made clear their responsibilities and the initial intention of their posts. They all expressed that they should play a vanguard and exemplary role, be strict with themselves and lead by example, show the times and advancement of the student backbones in their study and work, and truly implement the service management.
